Tips to on Keeping Children Healthy Ala Dormitory

      This is the first time I lived in a dormitory and also my first time away from my parents. I 've already live in a dormitory approximately 9 months. For the first time away from my parents I really tried to keep my health, so as not to disease.
Here, I will share my exprienced ....
1 . Choose boarding house clean.
2 . Maintain the cleanliness of your place.
3 . Eat regular and nutritious.
When we away  fromour parents, usually we forget to eat and often we think to saving in buying food. So that, our nutritional intake are lacking so keep your purchase nutritious foods.
4. Make a list of  daily menu.
To be fulfilled nutrition and bags are not drained much , start making a list of the daily menu. For example Monday rice, vegetable mold, and eggs. Tuesday rice, vegetables capcai, and sausage. Do not forget to add milk and fruits. So that met nutrient intake and is not easily hurt. Do not eat foods like instant noodles, noodle pop, and others. Because it is too excessive and often consume will lead to disease later in life. At the noodles there are many substances that are harmful to the body. And these substances can cause cancer and other diseases.
5 . Drink plenty of water.
6 . Physical Exercise regularly.
7 . Waking up and shower in the morning.
8 . Avoid stress.
9 . Plenty of rest.
10. Organize your expenses every day.
For example, every day you are targeting spending should not be more than 20,000.
