Tips to Cope Stress while Piling the Assignment

Stress is often felt by students who have piling the assignment. For those of you who have a heavy workload, the following are some tips to deal with stress.
1. Quit Complaining
When continuously complained, your mind will be more depressed and would not finish the job as well. So, try to find a little positive value taken. Think of it as a learning tool for you.
2. Determine priorities
Indeed, we are not usual do all the work at once, then decide which is more important and must be resolved. Plan your activities well. What, why, how, when and who is responsible for the tasks. It is important to plan not only the long term, but also short term.
3. Take a break
No matter how busy you are, when the hour of rest, use the best time to relax. Do this several times a break for a few minutes during the work. Whenever possible, use your time off to sleep at least 15 minutes. It can make your body and your mind fresh.
4. Eating a nutritious diet
Do not forget to keep your attention in order to keep adequate nutrition. Adequate nutrition can make the body more healthy and vibrant.
5. Return on time
If the work can be done with personal life. When you have free time or holidays, enjoy the best possible way.
6. Create a good working environment
Have an attitude of tolerance to fellow co-workers. Be open and communicate and defend your team spirit by organizing small festivals, sports, or recreation together. Wake up pleasant working climate.
7. Discuss with colleagues
Often hangout or lunch with co-workers. Who knows with chat, you can find a solution to the problem.
8. Delegate some tasks
Delegate some of your responsibilities to your subordinates.
